Support groups This just made a lot of sense to me. I'm out here pretty open so this is what we are using now to help protect our private number without getting a second line too! protect your private number with a Brring number with out the expense of a second phone line! You can now find thousands of support groups on the web. I have had my own for years and I can't express enough how important they can be as you traverse this bumpy path. There is much to learn as you share with others. Fitting for me to be accessed from here at the Talk Zone live are just a few. The first sight I ever belonged to and also the first multiple I ever talked to on the web in 1998. She has been my inspiration from that day forward through it all. I present to you my MVP

Many Voices Press Since 1989 Many Voices has offered a forum where thousands of recovering persons share ways they use to heal from tragic physical, sexual, and emotional assults. Together we learn to co-operate inside, and to deal more effectively with professional helpers and love ones. We are determined to work past our pain and reshape our lives. Though our pasts may be troubled, our present lives can be improved, and our futures can be transformed. Entering it's 20th year, Many Voices has become a not-for-profit tax-exempt corporation -501 (c) (3) to help it grow and continue. Read more and donate when you can. note: even my therapist gets the news letter from here.
If you care about the lives of women in America, see Searching for Angela Shelton, a fascinating, one-of- a-kind documentary. Searching for Angela Shelton leaves us not in despair, but in awe of the resilience and strength of women who have had the cards stacked against them ~ LAURA DAVIS Author of The Courage to Heal
Your Strength to Heal: Surviving Trauma and Abuse Kim Kubal's work is based on nineteen years of healing from sexual, physical, emotional, spiritual and ritual abuse to become an empowered, intergrated individual and activist.
My goal for this website is to give ritual abuse survivors hope, inspiration and courage to walk “the many dark nights of the soul” on their journey towards healing and wholeness. It is also to provide informative articles and links which will lessen the feelings of isolation as one heals from ritual abuse.
I trust that caregivers to ritual abuse survivors will get a sense of knowing they are not alone in giving support and encouragement to survivors.
Finally, I hope that the healing community will gain a better understanding and knowledge of working with ritual abuse survivors who are courageous people who have been horrifically assaulted physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychically. Still they heal, and in so doing, the healing community can be a witness to this miracle if they choose to be.
It is new and growing. It's the perfect example of interaction with others. My hopes is that it will find the success in spreading the word to others. I chose this one because it has places for littles to go and be just that. Littles. So if you want to let your littles grow send them off this wonderful play ground after your adults drop their work off here. Those who know me well understand I rarely relate to littles, but there are a couple here who have found a way to help me understand their special language. I do love though watching these talented conveyors of knowledge shine with each other. Stay safe all of you.

Lynn C. Tolson lived her first eighteen years in the Northeast. She then moved to the Southwest where she engaged in careers in real estate and property management. During those years, she survived post-traumatic stress disorder, which manifested in addictions and suicide attempts. Through the therapeutic process, she determined the causes of her dysfunction, and was able to achieve a life that reflects health and happiness. Her memoir, Beyond the Tears: A True Survivor's Story, illustrates physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation. Tolson lived in the Midwest where she returned to college in her forties to obtain a degree in social work. She resides in the Rocky Mountain region with her husband and two West Highland White Terriers. She is writing a book about her breast cancer experience, including using art as a healing medium.
